2024 Maintenance Assessment Fee

Based upon Kingsberry's projected budget, the Board has determined the annual homeowner assessment will increase by 4% for 2024; it will be $1560.00 ($390.00 if paid quarterly).

Homeowners may elect to pay their Assessment either with four quarterly payments or a single annual payment.

If you choose to pay in full, you will receive a $66.00 discount provided your payment is made on or before January 1, 2024. In the event you choose this option, please send your payment on or before January 1, 2024 in the amount of $1,494.00.

Quarterly installments in the amount of $390.00 must be received on or before:

  1. January 1, 2024
  2. April 1, 2024
  3. July 1, 2024, and
  4. October 1, 2024

If you are paying quarterly, you will receive quarterly invoices for the quarterly assessment due. It is the homeowner's responsibility to make sure payments are made on time and to the correct mailing address. Late payments are subject to a $50.00 late fee (and other actions as described in KHA resolution, Amended Procedures Relative to Assessments [No. 2-2008]) so please make sure to mail your payment promptly!
