HOA Conducts Annual Meeting

On Tuesday, October 25, 2016, the Board of Directors for the Kingsberry Homeowners' Association held its Annual Meeting pursuant to Article 4, Section 4.4 of the By-Laws of The Kingsberry Homeowners' Association, Inc. (the Association).

The Board is pleased to report a quorum was obtained, permitting a full business meeting. The budget for 2017 was submitted and approved by the membership (no increase in the Annual Assessment). A discussion of the new management company (MJF Associates) took place and a decision was reached to schedule a town hall meeting with MJF to review roles and responsibilities and express the general community's strong desire to have MJF incorporate e-mail and electronic filing as a part of its service to the community.

The Board is also pleased to report Mr. Kevin Downey was nominated and elected to a position on the Kingsberry Board of Directors beginning January 2017. The Board wishes to thank the current incumbent of the position, Mr. Ron Acker, for his faithful service to Kingsberry.
