The following is a list of pre-approved exterior light fixtures for the homes in Kingsberry.  Any of these fixtures may be installed as specified below with no further approval from Kingsberry's Architectural and Environmental Review Committee (AERC). Homeowners must obtain AERC approval to install any fixtures not on this list or to make any changes to the locations noted for each fixture.  If you have any questions, please contact the AERC.

The Hampton Bay fixtures are available at any local Home Depot or can be ordered from Homedepot.com.

The Kichler fixtures are special order from Lamp Factory Outlet:

The Baldwin fixtures are available online from Door Hardware Supply. A number of residences have these light fixtures installed in the neighborhood. While these are not widely available locally the quality is extremely high and the units have a lifetime finish warranty.
