The Fairfax County Residential Permit Parking District (RPPD) program was created to reduce traffic in residential areas, protect those areas from the environmental impacts of commuting, allow access to properties, and preserve the residential character of these areas. This is implemented by creating on-street parking restrictions in designated areas.
Tapestry Drive, behind Kingberry, is part of Residential Permit Parking District 42. Kingsberry residents are eligible to apply for and receive vehicle permits that will permit unrestricted parking of their vehicles on Tapestry Drive.
