The Kingsberry Board of Directors

The Kingsberry HOA Board of Directors is comprised of community volunteers who are elected by homeowners to administer the affairs of the Association. The By-laws of the community (See Articles 5 & 6) call for three "Directors" and a minimum of four "officers" (President, Vice-President, Secretary & Treasurer). The Board is empowered to appoint additional "assistants" (i.e., assistant Secretary, assistant Treasurer, etc.).

The current Board members are, Marisue Uhrich, President of the Association, Farida Mohamedshah and Ron Acker.

The Board and the Officers of the Association have responsibility for the effective governance of the community including all fiduicary, legal, administrative, safety and other matters pertinent to the general welfare of homeowners in Kingsberry. They are responsible for paying electric bills, paving roads, enforcing parking and architectural rules and regulations, and all the other administrative details that make the community run.

The Board meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM. Homeowners are welcome to attend any or all of these meetings; however, since they are normally held at private residences within Kingsberry, space may be limited. Therefore, if you would like to attend a meeting, please notify the Board beforehand and submit your issue as an agenda item. You, in turn, will be provided with the address where the meeting is scheduled to be held.
